Shipping and Returns

Each replacement request is evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve issues within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy

In cases where the product can’t be replaced and refund is to be given, Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the account within 24-48 business hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
