We currently ship across the UAE through our logistics partner Quiqup. For deliveries outside the UAE, contact our customer care team at orders@jasani.ae for checking feasibility and costs.

Delivery Timeline:

Most orders are delivered by same or next working day in most UAE locations.

Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered within 2 working days.

Orders placed a day before a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the same day, but delivery will depend on the courier’s schedule (may be delivered on the next working day).

Certain non-serviceable or remote areas may take 2–3 working days for delivery.

Delays: While we strive for on-time delivery, factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or government restrictions may cause delays. In such cases, we will ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

Receiving Your Order: You do not need to be personally present to receive your order. A family member, colleague, or building security can accept the package on your behalf.

Failed Delivery / Returns: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, reshipping charges will apply. You will be contacted by our customer care team in such cases.

Proof of Delivery: Once Quiqup provides a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) under the customer’s name or representative, Brands by Jasani will not be liable for claims of non-receipt.

Delivery Days: Deliveries are not available on Sundays or UAE public holidays

Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us promptly at orders@jasani.ae with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, to help us assess its condition upon arrival. Each replacement request is evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve issues within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy

In cases where the product can’t be replaced and refund is to be given, Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the account within 24-48 business hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

We provide 30 days warranty on all our products which covers any manufacturing defects.

• The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
